Nominate an everyday military, front-line or healthcare worker to win a new AC system
North Carolina is full of incredible military personnel, front-line and healthcare workers who selflessly protect and serve our community. These unsung heroes go above and beyond the call of duty every single day in service to others. Honor them by nominating a deserving individual to win a new heating and cooling equipment courtesy of Weather Master Heating & A/C.
Weather Master and ABC 11 are looking for an everyday military, front-line worker, or health care professional to win a new cooling system courtesy of Weather Master and ABC 11.
Eligible nominees will be determined based on a range of criteria, including (but not limited to) community involvement, military service, and financial hardship.

North Carolina is full of incredible military personnel, front-line, and healthcare workers who selflessly protect and serve our community. These unsung heroes go above and beyond the call of duty every single day in service to others. Honor them by nominating a deserving individual to win a new AC system courtesy of Weather Master Heating & Air Conditioning.
Weather Master and WTVD Everyday Hero program brings much-needed heating and cooling equipment to deserving families and front-line workers across Wake, Durham, Granville, Chatham, and Johnston Counties, who need a helping hand.
Weather Master donates the HVAC equipment, installation materials, and time, and the family that receives the donation pays NOTHING!
Nominees are selected to receive donated HVAC equipment (up to $14,000 value) based on a range of criteria, including (but not limited to) involvement in their community, military service, or financial hardship. Essentially, if you think someone needs and/or deserves it, send us your nomination and tell us their story.
How to Enter
ESSAY: Compose one (1) essay, of up to one hundred (100) words in length, telling us why the Nominee is an “everyday hero” who deserves to win a brand new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system for his/her Residence (“Essay”).
– OR –
VIDEO: Create and submit one (1) video of up to sixty seconds (:60) in length telling us why the Nominee is an “everyday hero” who deserves to win a brand new AC system for his/her Residence (“Essay”).
