Told technician what the problem was and he could not figure it out. He looks right at a pressure switch that is completely black from being burnt out and says it's just fine. Had to call somebody else to fix the problem.

I am very disappointed with the service from WeatherMaster. Its technicians did a great job to identify the issues during the annual maintenance. For example of airfilter change in HVAC a year ago, they recommended to use an expensive package of airfilter with UV light, but UV light never works as expected. Nobody in WeatherMaster try to explain and work on it.

I told technician unit was under warranty and he said he needed to check . He then tells me there’s no warranty for what I needed done on the unit and gives me a 900+ quote. I called another technician and he tells me the part is under warranty and fix the unit!

We have had more issues with your Lennox product (less than 4 years old) than the previous unit it replaced (8 years old). Labor cost to replace warranted parts is outrageous, and why is a 4 year old unit breaking down (twice in three months)?

I am a second generation home builder and apartment builder and the young man that was sent out was very courteous but I am not sure he was as qualified as I would like. He diagnosed that we needed a new condenser unit on a 3 year old system that is under warranty and that it would be 2200.00. Are you kidding me? First, if it is under warranty the only thing I would pay for is labor which should not be over 200.00-300.00 at the most. I hate when someone in our industry tries to pull the wool over unsuspecting customers. This is not good business period. No one has called me to discuss this either. They had someone call about the service but nothing about the issue. Bad dealer!

I have been a Weathermaster customer now for about five years. Everyone there is quite helpful, knowledgeable in all facets of service including plumbing, Ac and heat. Today I had the pleasure of working with Andy who really knew his stuff in regard to my aging duct work, and heating system. He was thorough and spent a great deal of time in adjusting all the heating equipment and making sure all worked right for the winter ahead. I would recommend anyone who is in need of yearly service or a fine tune up now and then for all electrical, plumbing and heating, ac applications. Great company great people, great service

The technician, Daniel, arrived on time as scheduled. He promptly went to work doing the annual service work. He replaced the filter, as I expected it was time for replacing. He determined a capacitor needed to be replaced. Our system was installed by Weather Master in the spring of 2010 so the capacitor issue was a surprise. Daniel explained all of his work and efficiently did the work. The annual charge for maintenance seems a little high ($176) for two service calls as others are advertising a $120 rate. Since Weathermaster installed the system, I feel it is best to remain with this company

Mr. Willie Reed , WeatherMaster Mr. Plumber, telephoned ahead of time to advise of his anticipated arrival. He arrived as promised and immediately began to diagnose the cause of our water pressure problem. He determined the need for a new water pressure tank and a water regulator switch. He advised what the cost would be. And upon my approval to proceed, he removed the old tank and switch and immediately installed the new equipment. Throughout the process, Mr. Reed was courteous and kept me informed of his progress. He finished in a timely manner; he also recommended a whole house filter that would address the occurence of hard water. He fixed the water pressure problem.

Salesman Dave Hocutt was great. He knows HVAC, he can design a system to got your needs. He solved a few special needs in areas of our home. Some areas were colder than others, he was able to solve those issues. He also tuned the system himself after install to stop a whistling sound from a return duct. He will work within your budget if needed, and get you rebates if they are available. This is the second unit he installed in our home.

Worst customer service ever! I had a service call appointment between 8/12 and nobody came nor did anyone call to tell me they were running late! Use to be a great company but they seem to have gotten to big to care about us little people! Won’t ever call them again!!!
