I had Weather Master come out to help with a plumbing issue and regular HVAC maintenance. I had Brandon (Plumbing) and Daniel (HVAC) help me. Both were extremely professional and pleasant. They were on-time, gave a heads up call before hand, and provided great service. I will continue to use Weather Master to service my rental properties as well as my personal home. Very pleased.

Weathermaster sent Nelson to repair my AC which was not working on August 16, 2017; he was here 3 hours and told me the AC was fixed and that I needed a new capacitor, but that would not affect the AC. He said it would take 2 weeks to get the capacitor, but assured me the AC would be fine until then when he returned to install capacitor. August 17, 2017 I had AC again but only cooling to 80 degrees. Aug. 18, Friday I had NO AC again, so I called Weathermaster who said Nelson could come back Tuesday, Aug. 22 to install capacitor around 9-10 am. I told her(Kim) how hot it was in my home--84-85 degrees; she offered no help. I called back the same day at 4:45pm and told Kim(I believe) that it was getting hotter and I needed help. She left me on holdover 5 min., so I called Jim Honeycutt, mgr. of Weathermaster and told him I needed help! Then Kim called me back & said Nelson could come Sat., Aug. 19, after he did 2 appts. that morning, but I did not have to be here for him to install capacitor(he had found one!) which would start the AC again. He did install capacitor Sat. morning. The capacitor did not start the AC again! The temperature rose to 88 degrees in my home and I felt dizzy and faint most of the time, sitting in front of a fan to be able to breathe after we came back from lunch. Nelson came back at 5:15 pm Sat. Aug. 19, told me he had no idea what the problem was, but that Ryan, who did the Weathermaster Spring inspection should have "flushed the lines" and he did not! Nelson was here 4 1/2 hours until 9:45pm! running in and out of the house and telling me each time I asked that he did not know what the problem was or how long he might be here! I finally tried to call Jim Honeycutt again about 9:15pm because I was not feeling well and was very uncomfortable with the situation in my home. Jim did not return my call for help until the next day, but Tracy, a Sr. Rep. called around 9:30 while Nelson was still here and said that Nelson should have repaired the problem on Wed. when he was here the first time and not to pay him on Sat. It was a horrible experience! I felt dizzy and had headaches for days after Sat. from the 88+ degrees I endured. Also, I can still smell the chemicals he used in the attic which is unpleasant and unusual! Why am I still smelling them? Also, the same situation occurred to my AC last August 2016! They sent Chico out that time who was here unhappily for hours! My neighbor sized it up rather well: "Either you have faulty equipment or faulty service." She offered the name of her service co. with whom she has had no problems! I would like an explanation of why this is happening to your equipment at my expense in living conditions and $, and I want a solution. By the way, my New AC/Heating System was installed in June 2011. After the initial installation, I discovered from my paperwork that they had installed the wrong system! The whole system had to be reinstalled because of this negligence. I should have known then there was a problem with the company. The Weathermaster Guarantee System Performance guarantees 75degrees on a 95degree summer day!

We had Weather Master install our new HVAC six or seven years ago. They have come out promptly whenever we have had a problem. They always handle the problem in a professional manner and do it without problems or excuses. While we have had them miss a couple of time slots for regular maintenance when it comes to fixing a problem that is never an issue. I would reccommend them to anyone.

The plumbing side of the company is another story. The technician did not call before showing up. He had problems fixing the situation, left materials at my home and recommended another contractor that did not show up. I felt like pricing was inflated by the job that was done. Will NEVER use for plumbing problems again.

I didn't expect a call until Monday but Ryan called me that afternoon and came over Sunday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it and now my home is no longer hot. I had a great experience with Weather Master! My specialist, Michael Ellington was awesome! He was great about calling me when available. Often times you are on a scheduled block because each client concern is different. I had to change my time frame because of the severity of my maintenance concern. The Dispatch coordinator made changes and accommodated as much as she could and I appreciated her honesty about the time. She assured me the location of Michael and that he would call as soon as he was done with previous client. Michael contacted me to let me know he would be at my location and he was. The process was easy, he was efficient. No one wants to hear that they need to replace a water heater unit, but he discussed options to help meet my needs. Michael moved forward with removal and installment of units. He did not make a mess and was professional every step of the way. Again he shared some details and information about what to keep an eye on and what to look for moving forward. I will also like to add that Carla and Dianne were very pleasant in assisting me with service reservations.
