We have a two year old home with a Goodman system. Last week our heating unit quit working. We called Weather Master at 6pm. We received a call back shortly from John – our technician. He was very kind and offered assistance over the phone. He was on the way to another job at the time but said he could come to Durham to look at our system. This was after normal business hours. He arrived on time and was very courteous. He spent three hours on our system and fixed the problem for now. We appreciate the time he took on our system and helping us resolve the issue. Most companies would not have a support person available at 9pm on a Friday night that was courteous and a hard worker. With past experience we would have had to wait at least 24 hours without heat. We appreciate him responding to our call in a timely manner and will use this company from now on.
