Weather Master, a local plumbing, heating and air conditioning company, is pleased to announce that they have reached the milestone of 38 years in business.

Weather Master was founded in 1977 to serve Wake, Durham, Orange, Granville, Chatham and Johnston counties. Their commitment to customer satisfaction has allowed them to prosper and grow for over three decades in a competitive, ever-changing industry.

When Weather Master opened its doors for business, the environment and energy efficiency were not necessarily at the top of homeowners’ shopping lists for new heating and air conditioning equipment. Of course, that has changed; we’re all more aware of the need to protect the environment and of rising energy prices. Through all the changes in homeowners’ priorities, Weather Master has managed to stay up-to-date on changes in equipment, increased efficiency standards, more environmentally friendly refrigerants, and energy-saving installation processes.

How has the company kept up with all the changes? Lee Hill, Vice President of Weather Master Heating and Air says, “Our entire team is built on the foundation of maintaining the most knowledgeable technical staff who constantly look out for new technologies and industry trends, and we take pride in being experts in our industry. We always want to be ahead of the curve.”

Hill continues, “The main strength of our company is our team members. By hiring the best people in the industry, we have created a great team that provides unmatched value to our clients. Our team is also committed to our mission: establishing long-term relationships with our clients and delivering reliable solutions that are energy-saving and suited to their home or business.”

Hill says of their excellent longtime customer service record, “We understand that satisfied customers are essential to our success. We are committed to doing “Whatever It Takes” to deliver immediate comfort to North Carolinians. We listen and understand what the customer wants and then deliver world-class service with a small-company touch. We would not have been in business 38 years if customers weren’t long-term fans of our service.”
